Some lifters and bodybuilders claim that you can both build muscle mass and cut down on fat by eating clean, utilizing either lean bulking or clean bulking (this is referred to as Body Recomposition)for every workout. The truth of whether or not this is true is up for debate, but there are a few different ways to approach this problem, and it is possible that you can still gain muscle mass despite trying to minimize your intake of fat. But I want to focus on what I personally experience doing, not on the advice of others. When it comes to this kind of thing, it doesn't really matter if someone is right or wrong, the important thing is to decide what it is you want to change, not the other way around. I have to admit, the thing I enjoy most about bulking is that while it makes my strength go up a little bit, it also makes my body fat go down and my strength go way up!
