CGFNS Certification Program® certificates are awarded to individuals who meet all of the requirements described above. Certificates are mailed directly to the applicant. Applicants are required to request a certification verification letter that will be sent to the licensing board to which they are applying for licensure.

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that CGFNS has their recent address on file. Copies of certificates and certification verification letters are available to all applicants at an additional cost.

Hi Jasmin,Do you know if I need to do both verification in UK and Philippines? -VERIFCATION OF LICENSE (VOL):If the applicant was licensed/granted authority to practice in another country, then BON requires a Verification of Licensure(VOL). A VOL must be received from all countries, states, provinces and/or territories you hold or have held a license orbeen granted authority to practice. The VOL must be included in the CES report or come directly from the licensing authorityand must bear the authorities official seal. you need to go to PRC and have your license verified. the verification that they were looking might be the DFA authentication. you may want to follow the directions for verification that I posted here entitled "Nursing Practice in UAE":

The verification of license request from the BON of Canada, specifically CRNBC, must be sent to the regulatory body from where you were initially registered. You will be the one to send it by mail or courier. The CRNBC, for example uses form 25 (Verification of Nurse Registration) to be sent to PRC. Then the PRC will be the one to return the completed form to CRNBC. It all depends really on what province in Canada where you wish to be registered, so it would be wise to contact the regulatory authority where you want to apply and ask for specific instructions.
